NOW AVAILABLE: The California Data Collaborative (CaDC) has launched the Urban Water Use Objective (UWUO) Easy Report

From the California Data Collaborative

The California Data Collaborative (CaDC) has launched the Urban Water Use Objective (UWUO) Easy Report, an initiative to streamline the reporting process to assist urban water agencies in meeting the January 1, 2024 Making Conservation a California Way of Lifereporting requirements.

An UWUO Easy Report is provided free for every urban water supplier. Each report is downloadableeditable and pre-filled with a supplier’s public data such as population, water loss target, and evapotranspiration. Each report is sustainably pre-populated with publicly available data, and agencies can easily change and add relevant data to help meet compliance.

To access your UWUO Easy Report and learn more about the initiative, visit www.thecadc.org/uwuo-easy-report.

Note:  The SWRCB has not completed the rulemaking process for Making Conservation a California Way of Life. This tool is based on the California Department of Water Resources Annual Water Use Reporting Interim Excel template which is not required for reporting compliance.

The California Data Collaborative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing water resource management through the use of data and technology. By fostering collaboration and innovation, the CaDC aims to address water challenges and promote sustainable practices in California.
