From the Delta Stewardship Council:
A DRAFT Decision on appeals of the Department of Water Resources’ Certification of Consistency No. C20257 for the Delta Conveyance Project is now available on the Delta Stewardship Council’s meetings web page and the Delta Conveyance Project information web page.
The Council will consider and may adopt the DRAFT Decision at its public meeting on April 23-24, 2026. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM.
