From the California Water Commission:
The California Water Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the removal of the dollar cap for early funding from the regulations that govern the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP), which is currently in effect as 23 CCR § 6010 (b)(5) and (e)(1). The proposed change removes the dollar cap for early funding, which could potentially contradict the percentage cap for early funding as set forth in the WSIP regulations (23 CCR § 6010(b)(4)).
