From the State Water Resources Control Board:

The State Water Resources Control Board is accepting written public comments on the proposed Onsite Treatment and Reuse of Nonpotable Water Regulations (SBDDW-22-001). Written comments must be submitted to the Board Clerk by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, May 9, 2025.

A public hearing to receive oral public comments will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
