From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Curtailments remain in effect for the Scott River watershed. The flow at the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Fort Jones gage as of 1:30 PM today is 29.8 cubic feet per second (cfs), which is less than the minimum flow requirement of 30 cfs. (Note the flow requirement increases to 33 cfs in September.)
On Friday, August 23rd, the State Water Board issued Addendum 1 to the Scott River curtailment orders, which provides for a temporary suspension of curtailments if certain conditions were met including flows greater than 35 cfs at the Fort Jones USGS gage and reporting to the State Water Board. Flows never reached 35 cfs at the Fort Jones USGS gage such that curtailed diversions were not permitted under Addendum 1 of the curtailment orders issued for the Scott River watershed (Order WR 2024-0024-DWR and Order WR 2024-0025-DWR, issued on July 23, 2024, and July 24, 2024, respectively).
