Memo from DWR to the State Water Board:
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) hereby withdraws its two petitions for a water rights extension of time that were both filed on December 31, 2009, for its water rights applications 5630, 14443, 14445A, and 17512 that correspond to permits 16478, 16479, 16481, and 16482, and water rights applications 5629 and 14444 that correspond to permits 16477 and 16480 (2009 Petitions).
