The public scoping meeting is being conducted virtually utilizing Microsoft Teams. This meeting format will allow presentation of the project and public participation through the online chat function. The Notice of Preparation (NOP) is also being circulated for a 30-day comment period and is available here: https://friantwater.org/fkc-
The Project proposes construction along the Friant-Kern Canal in Kern and Tulare counties. Operation of the Project could affect water system operations in Fresno, Merced, and Madera counties.
