From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The Revised Draft Standardized Cost Reporting in Municipal Stormwater Permits Policy has been posted on the State Water Resources Control Board’s website. Comments will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Tuesday,
June 25, 2024. The State Water Resources Control Board will host a Board hearing on June 4, 2024 to present information and receive public input on the proposed policy.
A companion guidance intended to assist permittees in determining how to record permit implementation costs in accordance with the proposed Policy will be posted on or before May 31, 2024.
