A Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment and Board Hearing on the Revised Draft Water Quality Control Policy for Standardized Cost Reporting in Municipal Stormwater Permits has been posted on the State Water Resources Control Board’s website.
The revised Draft Policy for Standardized Cost Reporting in Municipal Stormwater Permits will be posted on or before May 9, 2024 and comments will be accepted until 12:00 noon on June 25, 2024. The State Water Resources Control Board will host a Board Hearing on June 4, 2024 to present information and receive public input on the revised proposed policy.
