On March 19, 2024, the State Water Board adopted Resolution No. 2024-0011 to revise by emergency regulation the water rights fee schedules in title 23, section 1040 of the California Code of Regulations, pertaining to the Board’s implementation administration of Chapter 11 of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
