The State Water Resources Control Board has prepared a draft order denying reconsideration in response to the Petition for Reconsideration of Order WR 2019-0148 submitted by the US Bureau of Reclamation.

The Board anticipates considering adoption of the draft order at the Board Meeting tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2024 Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Written comments on the draft order are due by noon on April May 2, 2024.
