From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The State Water Resources Control Board will consider a proposed resolution to reapprove the final initial biological goals for Lower San Joaquin River Flow Objectives at its February 6, 2024, Board Meeting. The proposed revised resolution provides additional clarifying information and would supersede Resolution 2023-0028. No changes are proposed to the Final Initial Biological Goals.
Please note that the February 6, 2024, Board Meeting Agenda provides directions on how to submit written comments prior to the Board Meeting and requires that written comments must be received by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on February 1, 2024, and will not be accepted after that time.
