Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 3858, the State Water Resources Control Board posted Public Notice for a Clean Water Act 401 water quality certification application for the United States Bureau of Reclamation’s Battle Creek Salmon and Steelhead Restoration Project: Phase 2 No Regrets (Project). The Project involves United States Army Corps of Engineers nationwide permits to remove dams and appurtenant facilities from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Battle Creek Hydroelectric Project (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission No. 1121).
