Please be advised that Black Oak Ranch LP has filed water right permit application A033365 and petition for change for water right statement S015602 with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights.
The application proposes to appropriate 27 acre-feet of water per year and the petition proposes to dedicate water to instream use. The water would be diverted and dedicated in the South Fork Eel River watershed in Mendocino County.
