WEBSITE NEWS: New format for the Weekly Digest, plus new subscription options and more … !

Dear readers,

I have decided to change the format of the weekly digest.  Rather than providing pretty much a list of everything that was posted on the Notebook that week, instead, the new weekly digest will include Notebook featured articles, a selection of the top news stories of the week, links to the weekly features, and any important announcements and notices.  Instead of the email with all the links, the weekly email will now look similar to the daily email.

So if you’re looking for a little less Maven – or just want a weekly recap, you can subscribe to the Weekly Digest.  Existing subscribers can add the weekly digest or change existing preferences by clicking on the link “Update subscription preferences” at the bottom of the last email they received.

I hope you will find this new format more useful.  Like it?  Hate it?  Want the other format back? Feel free to let me know.  Email me at maven@mavensnotebook.com.

Other specialized newsletters …

While I have you here, I want to let you know of other specialized newsletters available from Maven’s Notebook:

And more new stuff …

    • There’s a new Delta Science page on Maven’s Notebook.  The page is a collaboration between Maven’s Notebook and the Estuary News Service.  There’s a directory of scientists working in the Delta and a podcast, too!  Much more is planned for this page in the upcoming months, so stay tuned.
    • Maven’s Notebook is on YouTube … so if you missed the San Joaquin Valley Blueprint webinar or the IRWM & SGMA webinar, you can find them here.

And of course …

There is Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

And lastly …

Thank you for being a reader of Maven’s Notebook!  Your readership is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Maven
