From the Department of Water Resources:
The Department of Water Resources has completed the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Water Supply Contract Extension Project, in compliance with CEQA. The FEIR can be found in the Water Supply Contract Extension Project website:

The Department will hold a public meeting to discuss the documents on Friday from 11am to 1pm at the Natural Resources Building in Sacramento.
Although the Certified FEIR is being released, the Department has not determined whether to approve the proposed project and will determine whether to approve the proposed project at a later date.
