CAL WATER FIX HEARING: Ruling on outstanding objections from part 2 rebuttal and other procedural matters
This ruling addresses outstanding objections from Part 2 sur-rebuttal and provides instructions for proposing corrections to hearing transcripts. We have received and reviewed parties’ requests regarding the schedule for closing briefs. Another ruling regarding briefing and other procedural matters will be forthcoming.

DELTA STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL: Notice for October 2018 Council Meeting and California WaterFix Public Hearing
The Council will meet in regular session on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 for a short afternoon meeting. Beginning on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, the Council will hold a public hearing regarding the appeals of the certification of consistency submitted on July 27, 2018 by the California Department of Water Resources for the California WaterFix, Certification Number C20185.

DATE AND TIME:
The Council meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
The public hearing regarding the appeals of the certification of consistency for California WaterFix will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. The hearing will recommence if necessary at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25 and Friday, October 26, 2018.
Given the number of parties slated to make presentations, the Presiding Officer does not anticipate public comment to begin before 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 26. However, the commencement of the public comment period could change based on the circumstances at the hearing.
