Here is the latest ruling from the California Water Fix Hearing Team at the State Water Board: This ruling addresses outstanding objections to Part 2 rebuttal cross-examination exhibits, South Delta Water Agency, et al.’s (SDWA) request for clarification, and a motion for reconsideration by Clifton Court, L.P. (CCLP).
