Chapters 5 through 7 of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan documents have been released and are available now at the BDCP website: http://baydeltaconservationplan.com/Library/DocumentsLandingPage/BDCPDocuments.aspx
Included in today’s release is the lengthy Effects Analysis, which describes the effects of the Plan on ecosystem processes, natural communities, and covered species, and the Implementation Structure, which details how the project will be governed.
