Supplemental Environmental Document (SED)

State regulatory programs which are certified by the Secretary for Natural Resources are exempt from the CEQA requirements of preparing an Environmental Impact Report, Negative Declaration, or Initial Study, but instead must prepare a Supplemental Environmental Document (SED).
