Please use the link below to register for the upcoming meeting on the Public Review Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) Guidebook. The purpose of this meeting is to inform urban water suppliers and interested parties of the updates to the UWMP Guidebook for the 2025 reporting cycle and to share how comments and feedback can be submitted.

Attendance is open to the public. All interested in the UWMP Guidebook update are welcome and encouraged to attend.
How to access the Draft 2025 UWMP Guidebook:
The draft guidebook and submittal tables will be posted on the WUEdata Urban Resources page in advance of the November 17th meeting.
How to submit a public comment:
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) will receive public comments on the Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan Guidebook beginning November 17, 2025, and until 5:00PM PST on December 2, 2025.
Send your comments to DWR, including your name, contact information, who you are representing, and reference the draft guidebook topic prominently (e.g., in the subject line if submitting an email) (“UWMP Guidebook”). Additionally, DWR requests, but does not require, that persons who submit written comments reference the Draft 2025 Urban Water Management Plan Guidebook section number in their comments to facilitate review.
