From the California Water Commission:
The California Water Commission is proposing a modification to the Water Storage Investment Program regulations using the emergency rulemaking process.
This process moves quickly. The Commission is notifying Tribes and the public about the proposed regulation change now to allow sufficient time for interested parties to prepare public comment.
