From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, has released a Notice of Preparation (NOP) and scoping meetings for an Environmental Impact Report in anticipation that the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) will apply to the State Water Board for a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification for the Proposed Project.
The State Water Board is accepting written comments on the NOP from the date of this notice through 4:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025.
