From the State Water Resources Control Board:
This notice is to advise interested parties that the State Water Resources Control Board (Board) has released a Second Revised Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment and Hearing on Revised Draft Sacramento/Delta Updates to the Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan (Bay-Delta Plan or Plan).
The public hearing has been rescheduled to September 24 and 25, 2025. The September 29, 2025 deadline to submit written comments has not changed. Please see the Second Revised Notice for additional information on how to submit written comments and participate in the hearing.
In addition, State Water Board staff has released supplemental modeling results for the water supply adjustments under the regulatory pathway described in the revised draft Plan to assist the public with their review.
In addition, the State Water Board has received term sheets for voluntary agreements from Nevada Irrigation District (NID) and South Sutter Water District (SSWD).
