The State Water Resources Control Board Administrative Hearings Office is holding a Public Hearing on the pending Petitions for Change of Water Right Permits 16478, 16479, 16481, and 16482 (Applications 5630, 14443, 14445A, and 17512, respectively) of the Department of Water Resources.
Any remaining policy statements will be heard by Zoom Webinar only on August 12, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. Participants must register in advance to join the hearing on August 12 by Zoom.
The Administrative Hearings Office (AHO) has heard interested persons’ presentation of public policy statements on February 18 and May 19, 2025. This form is for registration to present any remaining policy statements by Zoom. If you have already presented an oral policy statement during the hearing, or e-mailed a written statement to the AHO, or both, the AHO has included your statement in the administrative record for this proceeding. It is not necessary to present your statement again or to re-submit a written statement.
