STATE WATER BOARD: Agenda now posted for February 20 public hearing for the consideration of a probationary designation for the Kern County Subbasin

The California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) will hold a public hearing on February 20, 2025, to consider whether to designate the Kern County Subbasin as a probationary basin pursuant to the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
