From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Yuba County Water Agency (Yuba Water) has filed a petition for the long-term transfer of up to 200,000 acre-feet of water annually under water right Permit 15026 (Application 5632) with the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), Division of Water Rights (Division). With the petition, Yuba Water seeks a 25-year extension of operation of the Lower Yuba River Accord Water Transfer Program, which was originally authorized through December 31, 2025, by State Water Board Corrected Order WR 2008-0014.
