From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The Administrative Hearings Office and the Clerk of the State Water Resources Control Board have reformatted and posted Order WR 2023-0042 to their respective websites. Order WR 2023-0042 has been reformatted to add more spacing to headings to improve readability, to properly display all graphs in Figures 14 and 15, and to incorporate several changes that were not transferred from Change Sheet #1 to the July 7, 2023 revised proposed order in accordance with the Board’s adoption of the order with the change sheet.
The reformatted Order WR 2023-0042 is posted to the Board’s website and AHO’s website, along with a redline showing all changes.
