From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Please be advised that Dunnigan Water District filed a 180-day temporary permit application with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights to appropriate 5,000 acre-feet of water for diversion to underground storage for later irrigation use. The water would be diverted from the Sacramento River in Tehama County.
