From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The State Water Board will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed Direct Potable Reuse Regulations on September 7, 2023, 9:30 A.M.
The State Water Board will also accept written public comments on the proposed regulations. Public Comments must be submitted to the Board Clerk by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on September 8, 2023.
