From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Before the end of May 2023, the State Water Board expects to submit to the Office of Administrative Law a package to readopt the ban on the use of potable water for decorative grass watering (non-functional turf irrigation) in commercial, industrial, and institutional areas, before the current ban expires in June 2023. (There are limited exceptions; watering is not prohibited to the extent necessary to ensure the health of trees and other perennial non-turf plantings.)
