NOTICE: Draft Sacramento River Temperature Management Plan now posted

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

Now posted on the State Water Resources Control Board website is a DRAFT SACRAMENTO RIVER TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT PLAN (TMP) for 2023, submitted by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. A final TMP is anticipated by May 22, 2023.
