On May 9, 2022, the Executive Director for the State Water Resources Control Board adopted Water Right Order 2022-0147-EXEC in the matter of petitions for reconsideration of the August 2021 emergency curtailment and reporting regulation for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Delta) watershed, and of the August 2021 curtailment and reporting orders for the Delta watershed.
The order denying reconsideration of these petitions is below.
