NOTICE: McMullin Area GSA’s Kings River petition assigned to Administrative Hearings Office

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

The State Water Resources Control Board’s Executive Director has assigned to the Administrative Hearings Office the petition filed by the McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency to revoke or revise the Declaration of Fully Appropriated Stream Systems with respect to the Kings River System.
