NOTICE of Temporary Water Right Permit Application T033263 to Appropriate Water from the Scott River in Siskiyou County

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

Please be advised that Scott Valley Irrigation District has filed temporary water right permit application T033263 with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights, to appropriate 5,400 acre-feet of water per year. The water would be diverted from the Scott River stream system in Siskiyou County.
