Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Expected Release Date

DWR is still on track to issue a Final EIR for the proposed Delta Conveyance Project in late 2023. The Final EIR will describe potential environmental impacts, identify mitigation measures that would help avoid or minimize impacts and provide responses to all substantive comments received on the Draft EIR. More information on the CEQA process for the proposed Delta Conveyance Project and other environmental compliance and permitting processes can be found on the project’s permit portal website.
