The Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District filed temporary water right permit application T033347 with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights to appropriate 72,000 acre-feet of water. The water would be diverted from the Cache Creek stream system in Yolo County and put into underground storage for later irrigation use.
