The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) released a Notice of Staff Workshop, Opportunity for Comments and Notice of Public Hearing, and Consideration of Adoption for the Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Policy (OWTS Policy) Amendments and Conditional Waiver Renewal.

Upcoming Dates (to obtain updates on any changes to these dates, see attached public notice or information below):
- Staff Workshop: Tuesday, October 4, 2022 – 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Public Hearing to Receive Oral Comments: Tuesday, October 18, 2022 – 9:30 a.m.
