Turlock Irrigation District has filed a petition for long-term change involving the transfer of up to 30,000 acre-feet of water annually to the Stanislaus Regional Water Authority under water right License 11058 (Application 14127). Pursuant to License 11058, water is diverted from the Tuolumne River in Tuolumne and Stanislaus Counties.
