NOW AVAILABLE: Draft resolution available for Scott/Shasta emergency regulation

The State Water Resources Control Board will consider adopting an emergency regulation that provides curtailment authority in the Klamath River watershed and that establishes minimum instream flow requirements and information order authority in the Scott River and Shasta River watersheds at its December 19 meeting.
