On December 14, 2023, the Executive Director for the State Water Resources Control Board adopted Water Right Order 2023-0065-EXEC in the matter of the Central Delta Water Agency and South Delta Water Agency’s petition for reconsideration of the 2022 curtailment orders issued pursuant to the 2022 Drought Emergency Regulation.
