NOTICE of 180-Day Temporary Water Right Permit Application to Appropriate Water from Rock Creek in San Joaquin County

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

Please be advised that Stockton East Water District filed a 180-day temporary water right permit application T033387 with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights, to divert 12,000 acre-feet of water to underground storage for later use as municipal and irrigation water. The water would be diverted from the Rock Creek stream system in San Joaquin County.
