From the Department of Water Resources:
On March 2, 2023, the California Department of Water Resources (Department) determined the Merced, Westside, and Kings Subbasins be recommended for approval. Today, the Department released the approved determinations for these three subbasins.
The determinations can be found on the Department’s SGMA Portal.
