From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Please be advised that Omochumne-Hartnell Water District filed a 5-year temporary water right permit application (T033322) to appropriate surface water from the Cosumnes River in Sacramento County. The water would be stored underground and later withdrawn for irrigation use within district boundaries.
