From the State Water Resources Control Board:
Today, the State Water Board released Draft Emergency Information Order Regulations for the Clear Lake Watershed.
The State Water Board will accept written comments on the draft emergency regulations until 12:00 p.m. noon on October 31, 2023. Instructions for how to provide written comments are available in the Board’s public notice.
Board staff will also hold workshops on October 19 and 24, 2023 to answer questions and receive input on the draft emergency regulations. For details, visit our website: Clear Lake Hitch | California State Water Resources Control Board.
