NOTICE of Preparation and Scoping Meetings for an Environmental Impact Report for the Kerckhoff Hydroelectric Project Relicensing

From the State Water Resources Control Board:

The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, has released a Notice of Preparation and Scoping Meetings for an Environmental Impact Report for the Kerckhoff Hydroelectric Project Relicensing (NOP) for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PGE) Kerckhoff Hydroelectric Project (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Project No. 96) (Project).

The State Water Board is accepting written comments on the NOP from the date of this notice through 5:00 p.m. on July 3, 2023.
