From the State Water Board:
The Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District filed a 180-day temporary permit application (T033368) with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights to appropriate 180,000 acre-feet of water. The water would be diverted from the Kern River stream system in Kern County.
