NOTICE of Opportunity to Comment and Public Hearing Concerning Proposed Exemption Resolution for Upper Feather River Watershed Irrigated Pasture in the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program

From the Central Valley Regional Water Board:

The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is proposing to amend Order R5–2014–0030–10 Waste Discharge Requirements General Order for Growers within the Sacramento River Watershed that are Members of the Third–Party Group for the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP). 

The Central Valley Water Board is currently proposing to revise Order R5–2014–0030–10 to exempt operations located in the Upper Feather River Watershed.
