From the Department of Water Resources:
In September 2021, Senate Bill 552 (SB 552) was signed by Governor Newsom and enacted into law. The draft Guidebook was released on December 14th and is available on this page: https://water.ca.gov/-/
INTENDED AUDIENCE: County Office of Emergency Services, County Environmental Health Programs, County Planners, and other interested parties.
HOW TO SUBMIT PUBLIC COMMENTS: The draft guidebook is available for public comment until January 20, 2023. Please send all comments to email@example.com.
