From the State Water Resources Control Board:
The Central California Irrigation District filed a 5-year temporary permit application (T033287) with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights to appropriate 3,500 acre-feet of water per year, for a period of five years. The water would be diverted from Orestimba Creek in Stanislaus County.
